I went down to KY with my buddy Al to see his brother Nick (we are in SE Michigan). Nick has a 69 Coronet 440 that has been undriven for quite a few years. It is a triple green, 383 2bbl, auto, ac, bench seat car. We put in a new gas tank and line, air shocks, and a 4 bbl carb & intake. Well she runs good now, but we found that a manual four wheel drum brake car is kind of hard to slow down when 3 of the 4 wheel brake cylinders are locked up from sitting unused for all these years. The car's interior is all original. The car was repainted when he first got it and at that time the 440 body trim was taken off and a Super Bee butt stripe added. There are 4 other Coronets on the farm. A couple are parts cars, one is a 70 440 six pack four speed car, and the fourth is a 68 RT.
