Looking to get a radio to replace the non-working original unit. Looks like all the units in the classic industries catalog and that I've seen online say "1968 and above". I would like to keep the stock appearance but get more power, auxiliary input, etc.
What do the other 67 owners on this board have?

Nothing will fit the 66-67 dash with out cutting the bezel which I really hope you would not consider.
The best way is either a hidden/remote stereo or get the stock one redone with modern stuff inside. I say modern stuff because I haven't a clue what these newer radios have. I'm still using a flip phone.

I just installed a vintage looking radio in my wifes branx x vehicle. I didn't have to cut the dash. It's pretty small and very adjustable. It also comes with a connection for a MP3 player.
JEGS sells it. (RetroSound#700-CS-900)

If it fit right and didn't require any fabrication then I think that will be the way I go unless someone knows of a place that will do the rebuild of my stock radio to a full featured modern unit.

You need to do some homework regarding your question. There should be someone who does retro fits in your area. We here don't have all the answers, just sayin'.
