Where are you located? I was at the Nats on Friday.
I have spares, but not letting them go. But I probably have 4 door ones, and I would assume the pivot would be the same - the frames are nowhere near the same.
I would personally be fixing them. If memory serves me right, they are riveted in. I would take them apart and pop the rivets. Then you have a choice of welding them back together and then rechroming, or just making new ones. Not sure how hard it would be to make them, but I might be able to help. Or if the 4 door are the same just swap them.
Not real hard to take the frames out. Might even be possible to fix in place, but not sure on that.

You might want to checkout the complete window glass, weatherstrip and related parts interchange guide that I wrote for DCR members that is now located in the Tech Archive Forum. All of the factory part numbers and interchange guide for the vent wing window parts are listed there. Just scroll down the page until you find the parts you're looking for. At one time I believe that somebody was offering a reproduction vent wing window pivot and handle kit, but I don't remember who it was.
Link to my window glass and related parts interchange guide thread.
