Here is a stab at the decode, the E in the paint code I haven't seen so it is a guess. The A, B, C are accessories. The rest should be close.
A18 = Scheduled build date Monday, October 18 1965 24992 = SO Number W = Dodge Coronet (117" Wheelbase) H = High Price (440 model) 23 = 2 Dr Hardtop H = High Price 4 = Seat material B = Black D = Light Blue Poly paint D = Light Blue Poly Upper door frame paint 1 = Monotone paint E = Extra cost paint? A 4 = ? B 1 = ? C 5 = ? R 1 = AM Radio?

Thanks. The 41 is a 318 and the 5 is automatic. I think that's correct.

WH23 (Same as the WH23 above) Engine Code A-K (318 = D) Numerical Plant Code 1-9 6 = 1966 Model Year Sequence Number beginning @100001
