Completely bogus, they are just 500/RT tail light lenses. At one point years ago, a literal trailer load was found and they flooded the market and they could be had for about 10 bucks.
The WO tail lights were just 440 ones, nothing special either.

Here is another set on ebay - I doubt Chrysler would have designed / built special tail lite lenses for the RO/WO cars...
