My second Fling.. and the most fun yet. Got to meet up with Theman440 again since I missed him in Sept last year when I was in Vegas. Saw enough E-body parts to actually build a car, but very little, if any Coronet stuff. Was very tempted to buy a extremely solid, low mileage A-body, and not so tempted to buy the 67 500 that was pulled out of the swamp and had all the R/T bits put on it to make it a R/T.
Good to see they doing more things on Friday and Sunday. Still amazes me that by 1-2pm, lot of swap meet folks have pulled up stakes and left.
That show could easily be the west coast version of Carlisle.
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.
Mark down another epic weekend for me, I hung out with Mike Friday and Saturday and I am thinking he should have hung around Sunday for some Max fun or maybe a ride on the beach in my 6X6 but he loves his roller coasters too so I understand......kinda ( damn kids). We drove to the Fling and met Jeff and his son there.
My other Mopar buddies took there Ram with some parts to sell off and did well.
I found a few parts I needed for Junior.
