Was at a site today and see a decal noted for 66 and 67 cars with CAP. My car was built and shipped to California with 4329 Carb and CAP. Were would have this decal been placed as I never saw this on any 66 or 67 Coronet. I thought emission decals did not start until 68

Seems to me I have seen these on the air cleaner housing a couple times at shows.

thanks the service manual does not explain how to check and adjust the air control valve. this spring when the car comes out I will check to see if it operating correctly. hope to find out still the location of this stick and thank you for looking

All I can tell you is this sticker on a 1969 is put on the inner fender on the left side next to the the fender tag on the firewall side.
Don't know about the earlier models.
