Proper spare/jack storage on a '67?
#1
Can you guys post pics of how yours is layed out? I think I have all the pieces but wondering how its all stowed. Whenever I take those things out of modern cars I can never get them back right even WITH pics.
I'm curious about the wrench and the bumper adapter specifically and where they go. Does the wheel face up or down??

It's on the trunk sticker. But here goes...

The lug wrench lays flat in the well first, the tire goes in next facing down, the bumper adapter slides over the stud and all three are tightened down with wing nut number one. The tire holds the lug wrench from rattling. Then the Masonite cover goes down with the little cupped washer and both are held down with wing nut #2.

I need a life...

You forgot the jack base Rich, It goes after the tire, then the hook.
If a man speaks while in his garage and his wife does not hear it, is he still wrong?

How about proper jack storage on a 68 Convertible? Any pictures would help too.
