Windshield Washer Pump Has No Pressure
#1
6240]I’m having an issue with the windshield washer system on my ’66 Coronet. I’m not getting a satisfactory stream of water out of the newly replaced nozzles, pumped by the newly replaced pump through new lines. In short, I’ve pretty much replaced the entire system and it still doesn’t do much better at passing water than I do if I’ve forgotten to take my pill. Sometimes the stream doesn’t even hit the windshield. The power is supplied through a single wire which then goes on to connect the horn, which does work. Anybody have any thoughts or ideas as to how to fix this?

horn wire (dark green) should go to horn relay. wiper pump (brown) should go to the bulkhead middle connector.

Some of those "new" washer pumps are junk.
If a man speaks while in his garage and his wife does not hear it, is he still wrong?
