I sold my 1970 Dodge Coronet R/T back in 1981. It was the Vitamin C orange with the burnt orange Guts. It had the 440 4 bbl with the dual hood scoops. (Ramcharger)It was also equipped with a 410 Dana. It had bucket seats and a 4sp. Manual steering and PDB. The dash did not have the rally dash but the 140 with the needle that went from left to right. No tach. I always wonder what happened to the car. When I sold it I repainted the car the original color and blacked out the hood. I was the second owner and still remember the car till this day. I did hear a rumor that it made its was to Florida but never any solid proof. If anyone knows of this car. I would like to know what happened to it.
Thanks
Mr Max

Welcome to the site Max... If you've got pictures of the car from back then post them.. Someone may recognize it.
Also, do a Google search of the VIN if you still have it.. You'd be amazed at how many times a car will pop up that way..
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to look for the VIN and could not find it(Not on the net, I just can't find it). I'm sure the car exits because it only had 42 K mile on it when I sold it. I usually go to Carlisle every year for the Chryslers of Carlisle. They have nice turn out every year. I looked through the show field but never seen it. I was just curious on what ever happened to it. I know as a car guy, people like to contact previous owner and learn about the cars past. When I owned it I added 12:1 pop ups, a new 6 pack crank and rods. Racer Brown cam, headers, alum intake with a Holley. I also had the motor balanced. The car was fast, it looked stock and I used to hold on to dear life.
Oh navigating through this site, looks like a nice group of folks.
