Shortened my first rear - markz - 03-29-15 Shortened my buddy's 8 3/4 for his 67 Barracuda. Started with a 65 C Body rear. Made the jig using a 2 inch hydraulic cyliner shaft. Also used an I beam to help hold the rear from moving when welding the pads and rear brace on. Came out fair. Did good until the last operation (welding the brace extensions). If I had to do over, I would have done it differently to avoid welding the brace extensions after the ends were already welded on. It moved much more than I wanted but Strange tech support said it was fine. 5797]5798]5799]5800]5801]5802]5803]5804]5805]5806]5807]5808]5809]5810] Shortened my first rear - Tyrra - 03-29-15 Great work !
