8 3/4 axle gaskets - ws27 - 07-23-19 So... on a 7 1/4 the foam gasket goes behind the backing plate, on the 8 3/4 the foam gasket goes in front of the backing plate for 67, and behind on 70, and on the Dana it's a free for all? I've run em with just metal and ones made out of gasket material and didn't have a problem with either.
