I'm rebuilding the front end on my 67, the strut rods that came out were both bent so I opted for the Calvert adjustable. How should I install/adjust them prior to taking the car for an alignment ?

Just get them snug and don't tighten the lock bolt down maybe?
Did they not give you any basic measurements with kit?

If not I would match length of bent ones and add a little since there shorter now, that'll get you down the road to the alignment shop. Snug the fasteners and make sure you tell them to final torque when aligned.

They just came in a box no paperwork at all.. here is what they look like
Interesting style
They use bushings so thats good, those solid ones are harsh.
Mine came with rubber bushings as well and love it. When you get ready to align ask the master from Idaho for alighnment specs.. you know how my car handles, you wont be disappointed.

(edited out the Heim joints, I had thought of them but decided liked the Firm feel ones better for what I was doing).
Piper, do those rods use poly or rubber bushings?
They are the Poly bushings
squeak squeak squeak
Yup I figure they will be doing a alot of that...I also bought the pst 1.06 torsion bars and now need to think about what shock to use...it's going to be super firm from what I'm reading the kybs I have most likey won't help at all
I have RCD Bilsteins on Jr and really like them. My KYBs on Max are decent shocks too but would prefer a little stiffer like RCDs. Hopefully they still make them.
