Have spark gas and timing is right on..won't start...

Using the accels because of the supercomps..the auto light is what I run in my 4 speed

think the plugs are the culprit? Consensus?
(Edelbrock heads)
What are your plugs gapped at?
.35

doing some googling, looks like the reach is just too short seems like Edelbrock calls for .750

I would have thought it would still start
Yes..the plugs are not even close to the combustion chamber..
How long has it been since you last had it running and have you done anything to it since then?

It is a new motor
Calls for a RC-12YC plug

double check timing again just to be sure
Danny called me this morning to talk through it, one of the thoughts he had was valve adjustment. They are roller rockers but hydraulic lifters. The way I adjusted them to 0 lash was when the exhaust was open set the intake & when the intake was closing set the exhaust
i then turned another quarter turn and locked them down

sound right?
I`ve always used the chart. and went 1/4 turn past 0 just like you.
