Hi 69Coronetrt,
Thank you for the pictures and all the great information you have provided (now and in the past).

I would be happy to buy your chromed breather cap.

I was speaking with a fellow here who had an old parts book and he gave me the two part numbers for the painted (black) and chromed breather caps.
Painted is 2463989, and the chromed is 2463866. He was saying from what he saw in the book that the painted cap was listed for use on the smaller v8's and the larger v8's had the option for either cap. I realize both caps would fit the same.
I have chromed valve covers which I wonder if they are stock?

Let me know the best way to send $ for the cap.

Thank you again. I live in Vancouver, BC
Here is a pic. also..4435 Thanks for letting me get pics of your car at Mopar Maddness today. Cheers
Really nice. I remember one similar in my old neighborhood. (Monroesville PA) when i was a kid. Some of us convertible owners like to see em with their tops down. If possible. :-)
I managed to find a picture with the top down. There was a similar one in my neighbourhood when I was younger as well!
Hello again, it has been a while. Some nice additions lately to the site.

Does anyone know who may restore the optioned steering wheel for the 69 coronet. I think they are called "wood grain", kind of a sporty steering wheel. My wood grain look has almost disappeared over the years. Kind of a specialty thing to focus on. There is a picture in my first post of the steering wheel and interior of the car.
Thanks for any advice
Hello 69Coronetrt,
It has been a while since I was on the site, but wanted to thank you again for all you help and advice with my car. Hamtrack is an awesome site for information.
Hello 69Coronetrt. You were a great help to me over the past years. I forgot my login and had trouble resetting my password so I started a new profile. I was 31ctg before and I have a 1969 Coronet 500 Convertible.
I was wondering if you have a copy of the production numbers for Coronets. It used to be "stuck" to the top of the postings, but I do not see it anymore.
PS. Love that Hamtramck site - so much good info there. Thank you, Clayton
Welcome back Clayton.
Nice use of the search tool on here.
