I wonder how much I could get for my nos complete surrounds, buckets, hood latch, header panel and hardware. Lol. Never been installed on a car. You never know when you need it. With my luck I would crash the front end on one of my 67's and not have a replacement. Lol. I bought all the parts in 1980... put it together and threw away the boxes lol lol headlight buckets were chromed along with all the hardware. The grill in the picture is an old unit but the surrounds are showing wear from being packed around for 35 years ... I'm getting older and close to retirement, maybe time to sell a bunch of stuff I have been hoarding ? Who wants to come up here to Northern Alberta for a Mopar garage sale ????

I really thing that would be a HUGE undertaking.
If you know of someone who could create the die and press them, let me know...
I've got three sets, four if I could figure out how to get to Andys. LOL

Seriously Rich, you know as well as I do that there are several Mopar reproduction parts suppliers out there that could reproduce those 67 front grille surrounds if they had at least one or two excellent original parts to work with AND if they were properly motivated by enough 1967 Coronet owners who keep asking them to be made AND those same 1967 Coronet owners who ask for the parts to be made would actually PURCHASE the parts after they are produced. That's why there are so many E-Body parts being reproduced, because E-Body owners actually PURCHASE reproduction parts for their cars when they are made, rather than sitting on their hands bitching about prices as other Mopar owners seem to do.
Since Mother Mopar was forced to destroy most of the tooling for parts for our cars back in the dark days when they were asking the government for financial help, aftermarket part suppliers must consider the new tooling costs before they reproduce ANY new part and if owners won't pay for a new part, I can promise you that part will never be reproduced and that isn't just my uninformed opinion, that comes from several folks that I've spoken with over the years that have told me that who reproduce the parts for our cars.
In the end, as with most everything else we purchase from auto parts to toilet paper, if manufactures don't feel that they can make a profit on a new product, it simply won't get produced and it's hard to argue with that line of thinking.
