Question - theman440 - 05-27-22 I own 2 1966 Coronets, one hardtop & one convertible. Why does one have 16in wipers and the other have 15in? I measured both windshields and they are the same height. Question - 67440Dodge - 05-28-22 Convertible windshield uses the sedan/4door windshield and the hardtop isn't as curved maybe? Question - 65rbdodge - 05-28-22 Someone might have switched them out in the past? Question - 67r/t4speeder - 05-28-22 I can look in my parts book and see if those are correct if you like. Question - theman440 - 05-28-22 Thanks Andy, Another thing I noticed is that the arms and blades on the convertible are polished/chrome and the ones on the hardtop are dull silver. Both are 440 trim level cars. I'm certain the set up on the Hardtop is original to the car. Question - 67r/t4speeder - 05-28-22 Our 66 wagon had polished. I think they stopped that due to the glare in the sun, not sure when they stopped. Question - 67r/t4speeder - 05-28-22 Our 66 wagon had polished. Question - 67r/t4speeder - 05-28-22 It shows both bright finish or anti glare available in 66. 2631790 bright finish 2771906 anti glare finish , right and left same #s nothing different on verts. The picture of the the 66 wagon has 426 Hemi emblems on it. Hmmm Question - 67r/t4speeder - 05-28-22 No bright finish available in 67 Question - theman440 - 05-28-22 " I think they stopped that due to the glare in the sun, not sure when they stopped" - If this is true this makes some sense because the convertible was built 9/15/1965 and the hardtop has an Aug '66 build date. Andy, does the book state the length of the wiper blades? |
