Made a fan shroud - Mark's 69 - 08-21-18 I got the idea from one of those Power Block show a while back when they made an air dam for an autocross truck. I made up a jig from some scrap wood, built the frame, and stretched a $2.50 fleece throw over it. This was my third attempt so I learned the jig and sewing the fleece in place worked best for me. Then I laid the fiberglass resin to it. Some sanding , a little bit of bondo to smooth it out , more sanding and a coat of paint and it's done. I never really had overheating problems until they opened up the local airport for drag racing, then it got hot in the staging lanes. The radiator is a Summit universal fit so I was having trouble finding a shroud that I liked.
