Engine problems all opinions welcome. - Warhawkfight34 - 08-10-17 So yesterday was a beautiful morning and I decided to take the car to work. Its about 44 miles to work. I work near Rich in Watertown. Anyways about 15 mins into the ride my car lost power and was shaking and knocking bad! Like someone just retarded the distributer a whole turn. The car did not over heat and no hoses were blown. And the car starts with no problems, its just when you excel. I am going to figure it out tonight. Just figured I'd throw it out there. Thanks for any help or recommendations. Engine problems all opinions welcome. - Warhawkfight34 - 08-10-17 I think I figured it out, Vacuum leak! I'll check tonight when I get home! Under a low voltage condition the car would lay down on power, misfire etc.. Something to consider.... Tonight I will try to diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it for a car show this weekend. I will look at everything you guys have suggested and let you all know. Thanks for the help. |
