Front or rear? Is the car rusty around torsion Mounts? If OK it might be just adjustment off with torsion, or bad leaf spring.
Pics would help.

This reminds me. Does anyone have ride height specs? I feel like the front end is low at times and wonder if I should give the bars a few turns?

Do have access to a service manual? I can explain it, but manual is much better.

I have one but it's either missing "figure 1-15" or I'm blind! Honestly I've scanned that thing a few times and can't find any actual measurements and where they're made.

From a Motor Manual
My manual only goes back to 1968, but the specs for 68 to 74 are the same at 1&7/8" so I would guess a 67 is the same.

Jack up the car, magic marker a line on the socket for referance, crank each torsion bar up or down the same number of turns and see what you've got, maybe one's off a turn or so.
