Timing lights-Innova 5568? - 67RTBlue - 10-15-16 Is this thing overkill? Don't have one and I like the tach and voltage features but $100 vs $30 is a big difference. Anybody have a recommendation? Our cars distributor had the curve set and is no longer vacuum advanced. I'm dumb when it comes to that stuff. I would like one to verify timing after reinstalling the distributor after painting the engine. We chisled a mark when it was on the run stand and I put the distributor close but want to make sure. What should the timing be? Does it depend on setup? This is a factory dual point. Timing lights-Innova 5568? - Racer Brown - 10-16-16 It Does depend on the setup, I run 38 degrees total with good gas. Timing lights-Innova 5568? - 67r/t4speeder - 10-16-16 It is a great timing light, I was a little doubtful at first that I would like the digital part but is very handy and works. I use to hook up my Fluke meter for rpms now I don't have to with this model. |
