Does anyone have an alternate way to get in touch with Tom? Been emailing, calling, faxing for weeks about an order I placed.

He was at Carlisle. Not sure what is going on though.

He is known to be impossible to contact during Carlisle time. He has never been easy to get a hold of, but at Carlisle time is impossible. However, Carlisle is over so he should pop up pretty soon. Keep trying. I have had him answer the phone before.
He is good at filling orders placed online quickly but follow-up support is not great.

Tried calling again this afternoon and he picked up. Got my order in.
