original shock absorbers color? - Irores - 02-14-16
Hi folks. Last August I bought a 1967 Coronet 500 driven 116.000 miles. In many ways this car belongs to the survivor category. One thing I would love to know is what color the shock absorbers were originally. The front shocks on mine are dark green.
If any of you know the color and brand of the original shocks for these vehicles, I´d appreciate knowing your wisdom.

I believe black also, but I have seen NOS ones that were gold. I got new Monroe magnums and painted them satin black.
