Hello from Germany! - ChrysV8 - 01-03-16 My name is Christian, i´m from germany and the proud owner of a ´69 Coronet 440. I got this car in 2005 and done a lot of work since then. Not all was really necessary but as you´ll know - once started...it never ends! :p As for the engine I decided to go a different way and built a nice Poly-Stroker which goes in the bay this spring. The original engine was a 318 LA but the car came to me with a 360 4bbl installed. I also have some other rides. BMW E28, Panther M100, Kawasaki GPz 750 - see pics! Hello from Germany! - 67r/t4speeder - 01-06-16 Like to know more about good looking bike Hello from Germany! - ChrysV8 - 01-06-16 Ok, here we go: this is a 1947 rigid Model M100 Panther. Produced by a long gone Manufacturer named "Phelon&Moore" in England. These bikes are really rare and special because of the sloping big single cylinder of 600ccm displacement which is also a part of the frame. Power was rated at about 25 Horses and has a 4 Speed gearbox which is shifted by the right foot. It sounds like a big tractor and is really fun to ride! It´s not like a modern bike, you´re always a little busy in advancing/retarding the spark and choke etc to keep it running good. Estimated max speed is about 80mls but i never tried to go further than 60mls yet. Above this speed it´s not so funny to ride a heavy shaking rigid tail bike as you can imagine I bought this heavy thing in 2012 and decided to make it look like an barnfind... Feel free to ask more
