Does anyone know of an electronic ignition that doesn't look like one? - Warhawkfight34 - 11-20-15

I am looking to change to electronic ignition but I don't want to even notice it under the hood!
I don't want MSG looking parts. I want it to look exactly like what I have now but not points.
Can anyone help me or give me a link to what I am looking for?

Looks like a Moper Performance kit, they work fine. Good grounds and connections are key and they will last a very long time. I have three sets. You can make a longer harness to hide that control box like you were asking about. Get this bracket too for mounting then run a ground from it to block.

The kit you showed is for a B not RB just a note

Here is another option for mounting a ignition module - looks factory and you don't have to drill holes in your precious Mopar!

Stay away from MSG ignitions, they give you headaches, and you are hungry an hour after you finish.

Sorry, I just had to...

Back to the topic, you can also get complete engine harnesses with Mopar electronic ignition already built in, so everything looks stock. Bill Evans does them, I know some don't like his harnesses, but you may also be able to get one made through Year One, most people like theirs. Just ask for a tail long enough to hide the box where you want.

I've used PerTronix electronic conversion kits. It fits inside the stock distributor.

The chrome plated module seems to last longer than the orange one.

I used mother mopar orange box mounted underneath the battery tray. Can't see it. I mounted two boxes side by side in case one fails? Unplug and switch to the next box.
I also hid the voltage regulator down there too with another one next to it as well.

I second the pertronix ignition. Can't tell anything is there all you do is remove points install pertronix right where points used to be run 2 wires and done. Been working flawlessly for 7+ years for me. Put it in and forget it. Ran like $80. 15 min installation, looks completely stock. No other modifications needed.

I third pertronix..I even have my ballast resistor on the firewall still, with the wires bypassed behind it (and insulated of course). Looks 100% stock.
