Just wanted to show the kit I got for a 8.75 axle I am building. Randy's ring & pinion AK-C8.75 . All Timken bearings

Good question there Rich, it was a huge box of parts for two different vehicles and this kit box was open, I need to go digging and let you know. I notice the adjuster nut has different notches on it also so a modified locking tab might be need. I will report back on that also.

looks like I need to dig since they show two seals in kit

Do you need to replace the retainers or can you reuse the old ones?

Old retainers are good so not sure why we got this complete kit

Showing difference in Randy's adjuster and OEM adjuster, both fit nice but Randy's you need to make new keeper since notches are bigger. Nice quality though.
