Modern Hemi swap 66 Cornet 500 - thebankerstoy - 04-18-16 If I could print the 1966 Parts Book information here Mike, it would show a difference from the chart posted above. In 1966, there were actually three different diameter shafts used on the B-Body cars including 2 3/4", 3" and 3 1/4" depending on the engine, gear ratio and rear differential assembly that the car was equipped with.
