Otherwise they'll do nasty things to each other.. Thanks Mike and that makes sense. I guess that I'm just confused on what applications the "hydraulic roller" lifters are used on. ![]() Richard What did you do to your Coronet this Week ....??? - 67440Dodge - 07-13-13 It's just another way of activating valves. Much more efficient than a flat tappet. They've been available since the 60's, and OEM's have been using them since the 90's on V8's and V6's What did you do to your Coronet this Week ....??? - lanceh13 - 07-13-13 67r/t4speeder Wrote:Drove mine to work Isn't that every day? #jealous What did you do to your Coronet this Week ....??? - lanceh13 - 07-13-13 My coronet sat lonely in the garage while I have been cheating on it in Carlisle. Says the guy with every mans dream garage / career...we can't all drive our coronets on a daily basis Andy. lol What did you do to your Coronet this Week ....??? - Copper67440 - 07-14-13 This week I installed a new Yearone M & H dash harness. That was actually last night. Drove it to a couple of cruises today. Probably a little over a hundred miles round trip. The amp guage was acting a little hinky right when I started it. It seemed to go a little too high on the charge side and actually fluctuated like a tach for a few. I checked the battery voltage with the car off at 12.93v. It was too late last night to let it run longer than a minute. Like I said I drove it today and the guage went to the middle and moved just a little both ways all day. I'm a happy camper!! |
