Ws27 I don't know what any of the panels are. I mean, what there technical names are. So when you say dog leg I have no clue what that even means. Do you have any diagrams that show me what each piece is referred to as?

If i found a parts car. Do each panels come apart or would I have to take a cutter torch and cut them off the body?

There are a few ways to remove it. The best method is with a spot weld cutter and a cut off wheel.

Here's a picture of one removed from a 4 door..

The dog leg is more of a slang term for the little dinky piece between the rear door and wheel well.

Nice going Mike, just tease the poor guy with the part he needs...

LOL

Before you start cutting anything, you should set up an agreement with who ever is going to do the work.

That way you can find out what they want. If you start cutting before, you might actually cause more work than necessary.

Good luck.

Naw.. teasing him would be saying it was for sale, but it had to be picked up in person... since he's in Biloxi that's a hell of a ride!

(and just to be clear, it's not for sale)
