Get a little brass wire brush and some electrical contact cleaner and lightly clean the areas where the fuse touches. Mag wheel cleaner works good also, then spray something like wd-40 to wash it off and blow dry afterwards. Easier if you disconnect from firewall junction so you not standing on your head the whole time and it will give you a chance to inspect condition at other side of junction block.
Dielectric grease should be used on connection when plugging back in.

That manual you found should show fuse location, but let me know if you want me to look up.

Mike is right you need a manual.

And props to you for asking lots of questions, your doing great.Smile

Ok good deal. I will get these items and give this a try.

The online manual is like greek to me. If you could let me know what amperage each fuse section needs I would greatly appreciate it.

I had to rewire my entire car, front to back. I am chasing down some goofy issues myself, unfortunately with the aftermarket harness, positng on here wouldn't be much help. Smile I got my headlights and engine stuff working as of now but for some reason when I turn my left blinker on the left AND right ones flash via the "Parking light" wire. Electrical stuff is fun!

Another fun electrical story, when I was 19 I had a Twin Turbo Dodge Stealth and the mirrors int he visors fell out of them and would dangle by the wires. I never use the mirrors so I cut the wires, taped them, shoved them through the hole between the ceiling and roof, and glued the mirror back in place (so it wouldn't open). About 6 months later I had a fuse that would blow anytime I turned my headlights on. It took out my taillights, which is not fun at night, and I got pulled over ALL THE TIME. So my dad sticks a 40AMP fuse where it was a 10amp and doesn't tell me. I am driving at night, I turn my headlights on and HEY! My taillights work! Cool! about 1/2 mile down the road I smell something... then I see smoke coming out from the gap between the liner and the roof by the windsheild. AH! I call my dad and he tells me what he did and then it hits me... The tape came off that damn wire I shoved back up there. I fished it back out when I got home and put a more permanent termination on there and never had a problem with it again. Two lessons learned: 1) Electrical can be scary. Do it wrong/janky and it can easily burn your car to the ground. 2) When someone tells you they fixed your problem, ask them how, don't just take their word for it.
