PUT A 440 IN IT AND HAVE FUN. my coronet came with the 318 poly 3 speed on the tree. I changed over to a 440 with 727. reused the existing tranny mount, drive shaft and the k frame. I also reuse the standard 440 motor mounts that you can buy at Auto zone or Advance. I did change out the rear it came with a 8 3/4" but I added the #9 housing. All the front suspendion is the same just new.
