Never be embarassed by the cars you drove/drive.. I used to catch a lot of flack from friends for driving a VW, yet not one complained when I'd be able to get them to and from NYC for under $5 in gas..

Like I mentioned that Fiat 600D with a 7 gallon fuel tank would go almost a month on one tank of fuel and as a 15 year old kid without a lot of money that was a BIG deal indeed! LOL! I'll also add that unlike what most people THINK they know about vintage Fiats, it was a VERY reliable car!
I suppose that I've always been more of a "car guy" than devoted to a single brand. No matter who makes a vehicle it has both good and bad features, so I've always bought what I wanted rather than what anybody else wanted me to buy! Once a hard head always a hard head! LOL!
