led bulbs only, no other parts needed, but i did remove the blue lens that is in the dash that covers the bulbs, just to make it brighter

I bought mine from superbrightleds.com They have dropdown menus with cross references to every bulb on any year car!
They are pricey but I've had good luck. They don't flicker and are dimmable.
