Totally understand the modern fuel issues, but the kit I purchased is specifically engineered for ethanol, etc. So, I get the benefit of being able to run pump gas through my "old" carburetor. It certainly is easier to purchase a new carb, but my car is all original, and I wanted to retain the assembly-line parts. Plus, it was just good fun to restore the original. It ran fine before, and I'm hoping it's even better now!

Sure, I'd be happy to write it up, and share the supplier information. I took quite a few photos, so I can put together something fairly intelligible. It just might be awhile; work is a beating right now and spare time is at a premium.

Always nice to keep it as original as you can. Mine fortunately is not a matching numbers car so I just make everything period correct and to the same month mine was built. Awesome job on the rebuild by the way!

Good to have the freedom to do as you wish! Myself, I'm itching to find a '71 Satellite, and build a resto-mod driver. Period correct looking, but modern technology under the skin. Just need to find the right donor body. Having an original survivor is cool, but very constraining sometimes...
