Restored and installed the original brake lines, clips and proportional valves. Also restored and installed the parking brake. Would have installed the fuel line but I welded a hole in it fixing the floorboard before it removed it... duh...

Jim I have been there done that with restoring those original lines and you have done an excellent job, I appreciate all that hard work you have done. Keep it up.

Do you have suggestions on fixing the fuel line? I ended up with a weld droplet on the line that I tried to "scrape" off and it ripped a hole in the line. I could get a new one from Classic but I would rather have the original.

Ouch, a good stainless steel one is not cheap.... ~$15 then I need to rent the tools make the flares..... The replacement is looking better Smile

[Image: -font-b-Brass-b-font-Fit-font-b-15mm-b-f...dapter.jpg] Get a brass one at the auto parts store like this, they seal better than stainless. No need to flare anything. Would not use if fuel injected engine due to pressure.

I thought about that but was not sure about the corrosion of dissimilar metals....
