Reduced the fuel capacity of my tank and re-installed it.

Rolled my chassis back about 10 feet, swept all the crap out from underneath it then rolled it back ready for more scraping and cleaning....I guess that counts as progress?

Back when I did my R/T, we had everything pulled out from the underside and I crawled underneath with a cordless drill and 4 wire wheels and started in, that toke about 4 evenings to get all the knocks and crannys! I would jump in the shower about 2am and the water was just black!!

Thanks all, I'll post some more pics later on.
Yea, I welded it myself. It's ugly when you look at it, but after talking to some others that have done it, none of them turn out pretty.
