Richard, I think we need to schedule a doctors appiontment. Don't worry, the doctor is a very nice man. You can even bring Mr Driver and MS Passenger (or is it the other way around?).
Oh, and can I have a little of that too?

Nah, not everything is cataloged..........yet............... but I am working on that.
Each sub-assembly of the interior is broken down into separate sections, such as instrument panel related parts, gauge cluster related parts, floor console related parts, door and window related parts etc. Below is the section that I'm currently working on, which is all of the seat related parts. Still only about half done with this section as there are LOTS of soft trim related parts to verify. :p
The format that I have set up on my computer for all of these files looks MUCH nicer that it looks here, as on my computer format, everything is in nice columns and is nicely spaced, along with color dividers between each part listing. "Copy and paste" doesn't work very well when transferring from my computer format to the DCR format, but I tried to space out the information on this reformated version below so that you can read it easier and at least have an idea of what I'm doing.
By the way, in addition to these master computer files, each and every part that is of a smaller size is placed in a zip-lock bag and the larger parts are placed in some kind of protective wrapping. Along with that, each and every part has an information card affixed to it with clear packing tape to protect the information card during storage. The following information is listed on every one of those information cards on each part:
(01) Date purchased
(02) Date received
(03) Who the part was purchased from
(04) Sellers web site address, phone number, or both if available
(05) Invoice/receipt number
(06) Invoice date
(07) My ebay bid reference number and auction close date if the part was purchased on ebay
(08) Part description as stated in the factory parts book along with any notes I feel are needed
(09) Factory part number and sellers part number if the part is a reproduction part
(10) How many of each part were purchased
(11) Price paid for each part as well as the total amount paid if more than one of that part was purchased
(12) Shipping fees, sales tax etc
LOTS of work for an old fart with poor eyesight!!!! See why I'd like for you to come to Phoenix for a visit?

Hi Rich,
Did I mention to you that I also have a very similar system in place for my rather sizable and still growing diecast collection of 1/18th scale model cars? That system is still all hand written at this point since I first started collecting them back in 1998 or so, but I have plans to convert their paperwork over to a computerized program as well after I finish all of the Coronet's parts, assuming that I survive that long!

Below is a lousy older picture that shows just a few of the diecast Mopar Muscle cars, all still never removed from their original factory display boxes.

As far as your Coronet parts go, I'll make you a deal my friend, you help me do the interior and other related restoration projects on my 66 Coronet 500 that my lousy eyesight give me fits doing and I'll try to start organizing your massive amount of Coronet parts ok?
The major problem that I see in that possible arrangement, is location. I do NOT like cold weather and you do NOT like warm to hot weather, so that's a problem huh buddy?
