Just want to say, ‘What’s happening?’
First time owning a classic mopar. Bought this 68 more door, 440 trim, 318 equipped for my 14 y.o. son. We’ve been working on it a little but wanted to join this forum to learn more about it.
Bought this one out of a barn, been sitting 31 years. It does run (now), after new fuel system and braking.
Excited to see what me and my boy can learn from those in here with more knowledge and experience than me.
PS- cannot figure out how to turn my pictures the correct way ??♂️

It' a bug in the software. If you click on the thumbnail or place the picture in the post, it straightens out.
Something with how the phone takes the picture and orientates it.
And you come to the right place to learn.. we don't have the numbers of the big boys, but what we lack in membership, we got in knowledge.
Nice car!! It’s great that it’s a father son project too!!
A friend of mine has a 68 more door, his is black with a slant six/3 on the tree

Wasn’t sure whether to start a new thread or continue on this one with build pics. We started taking the interior out. The carpet was shot where mice ate through and mold had set in. So got that hazardous material moved out and relieved to see a pretty solid floor. I found one small spot rusted through about the size of the tip of my pinky finger but the remainder only surface rust. We sanded a few spots, cleaned and treated with rust reformer. Seam sealed from the bottom where our small hole was at.
Top coated with a spray-on bedliner to help seal and insulate.
Also repainted the dash but don’t have a pic of it at the moment.
Next up we will sand and repaint the interior doors and replace with new panels
