Are all bucket seats for the B bodies the same for 1966 and 1967? I ended up with a pair of bucket seats from a satellite and am concerned that the metal covers on the back of the bucket seats may be different from B body to be body. I'm about to order my seat covers from legendary and want to make sure that there's not going to be an issue with the seat backs not being correct for a Coronet.
I'm pretty sure they are. I'd ask legendary to be sure, they really are the experts.
I know 66 has adjustable frames that 67 does not but that shouldn't affect the seat covers.

I agree. I was also told that the A body seat backs are the same as B body in 67 but I don't know that for sure.

I've heard that too.
67 barracuda and coronets had the same seat upper frames they were one year only, that year they had different style rare headrest that would only fit a 67 upper back frame they would not fit the 68 upper frames
I agree with what badmopar67 said regarding the headrests and seat back frames. Headrests were not a factory option for the 1966 B-Body cars. I would also add that the seat foams are interchangeable between the 1966 and 1967 B-Body bucket seats.
If you are going to use the factory 1967 headrests, make sure that you tell Legendary so they can make the needed provisions for the the headrest mounting arms for you on the seat back covers.
