Ok next issue: Heres a quick recap
I went with the Wilwood 7/8 Master I also converted over to a 4 piston/disc in the front and 11x3 drum in the rear.
The issue I am having now is when I pump the brakes the pedal holds (and will not sink) however will not stop the car well. If I don't pump them before trying to stop it goes right to the floor.
I also am using the Wilwood proportioning valve for the rear brakes. What is odd if the valve isn't open all the way (to the rears) the car wont stop at all.
I've bled the system (including bench) 14 times, I want to think its an air pocket however I am starting to wonder if the 7/8 bore is too small...
what do you guys think?

Sounds like you still have air.
Where are the bleeders located on the calipers and where are the do the hoses attach?

No expert, but it might be. I have Aerospace 4 piston caliper brakes on front of my GTX and Aerospace is telling me to use 1 1/8" MC because they say my calipers need the volume.
On my 67 Coronet with A Body brakes I use a 15/16" MC with ok results.
Can you call the manufacturer of the calipers for guidance?

And 1 1/8 inch MC versus 7/8 MC is 65% more volume with the same stroke.......

2 bleeders on the top and bottom hose attaches from the midback part of caliper not the top
