Looking back at the photos again a little closer, I see 3 or 4 other options on that car that are not noted on the fender tag either. Typical for Lynch cars.

Those over sized bumper guards look like something you'd find on a police car. It's hard to believe that there are cars out there that old with that few miles. Would be nice if it had a/c.
