going to an estate auction Friday they are selling a 66 coronet 440 361 engine 727 transmission not running 4 door checked for rust and body minimal on right quarter I plan on buying it how much do you think it will go for it could use a paint job but will keep it a survivor new to board my first coronet was in 1960 a51 model back from viet nam ist new car was 69 super bee have had several darts &superbees the last 45 years

this coronet is a e code which is a poly 318 with no special options would it more than likely have a 904 transmission and 8 3/4 rear end
Yes on 8 3/4 and mine came with a 727. Any luck on that auction?
no reserve auction they didn't stat the cars sold as is 2250 got it home started right up tagged and insured yesterday had to track down the daughter to geat a copy of power of attorney her parentbought car new in wythville va late65 used car sparingly as they were farmers and mostly drove a 48 ih truck always garaged in 04 bought new car and kept coronet in machinery shed driving occasionaly on vintage car registration car has 79 ooo actual miles needs hood and trunk painted top of back seat is frayed and tires only thing not factory I have found plug wires tires carburetor but old is in the trunk
