OK..Wow!

I knew that I would break something doing this. I changed my old original bezel for a new one..It's one of my least favorite jobs messing about with the instrument cluster on these cars. I have hands that are not built for tight spaces in our dashboards..

Anyway, managed to crack the very tiny green lens for the right turn signal. I fixed it easily enough and you cannot see it has been fixed but I know it is there and want to replace them all.

Which led me to the internet and a big lot of nothing! I cannot even find a picture of them for my car. Does anyone have the inside track on these?

For the record what a monumentally stupid design, I am not sure if they had some kind of 'detent' intended by the small notches, etc. (looks to me that this was done to tell right set from left set of lenses). But they drop out easily an break even more easily!

Sad
I can't help with a source, but I know exactly what you mean. I took mine apart yesterday and noticed they fell right out on the coffee table. Luckily for me they can only go in one way. I just hope I didn't screw up the speedometer while I was jackin around with everything and cleaning it all up.
I've been looking for replacement green lenses for a long time. I will probably end up having to fabricate one out of another lens with enough flat area. I'll have to make two, so they match.
Update on what I ended up doing for my missing right signal indicator lens. I found an inexpensive green dome light for a Peterbuilt truck. I was the only one I could find that was flat. Thickness is slightly more than original. I used the adjacent oil lens as a template on tape, and cut it with a Dremel wheel. It took some fitting, but the color match was perfect. Dab'd a bit of glue to keep it in place.

Downside is that it doesn't say "right" as original, but while driving, I can not see a difference.
This gives me an idea. I am pretty sure I might be able to make these at my shop, even the other two colored ones (oil and ? don't remember). I plan to check them out tonight when I get home and see what I can come up with. My dash is in, so anyone with a dash that is out that could measure them from the back and maybe snap some pics would be great. If not, I will see what I can track down and let you guys know what I come up with.
Here are a complete set of four on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-67-CORONET-...KE&vxp=mtr
