Does your Coronet have the two speed wiper motor, or the variable speed wiper motor? The reason that I ask is because there are two different wiper switches depending on which wiper motor your car has.

mine is just a 2 speed switch, but can't find new one , I heard about a company that will rebuild old ones, but don't know who they are

I'm not sure what your budget is for this 2 speed windshield wiper switch is, but below is a link to an Ebay auction for an nos 1967 Coronet 2 speed switch with the seller being located in Harlem, Georgia and it's the correct factory part number 2820 525 for your Coronet. The seller also has a 100% positive feedback rating, so that's a good thing as well.

I changed my wiper switch but since then it is very eratic. I guess I have the wrong one so my question is, how and if you can tell (visually) which switch goes with what wiper motor?
