After I installed the intake I read about 6 pack aluminum intakes having washers on the bolts. Is this something I should add to the bolts as I am using the Edelbrock CH4B? Will a washer disperse the torque better and not crush the hole? And as far as torque specs go should I use factory specs or reduced due to aluminum? According to the book 50ft lbs is what the factory iron one was torqued to.
Id use washers and torque to 35-40 ftlbs

I would not go nearly that high. Aluminum don't like it. 30 ft/lb will get you where you need to be.
Is it ok to go back and re torque the bolts without messing up the gaskets/seal?? There is fel pro valley pan with gaskets on the bottom of the valley pan only. I used permatex non curing around the ports between valley pan and intake.
