The block was aluminum and the intake manifold was magnesium correct?

I believe the block was cast iron. Maybe aluminum intake? Aluminum frontend!

In '64 I believe the Race Hemi was Iron block & heads, aluminum intake. In '65 Iron block, aluminum heads, magnesium intake. . . but don't quote me.

Saturday we will be going to see all this guys parts including the 3 or 4 Hemis he has. From what he tells me he has a lot of different pieces also. Will keep you guys posted.
