6200619962006199I have a set of bucket seat tracks and I am not sure what model they came off of. They came on a set of seats I bought and they attach to the seats just fine but the 4 I have must attach to another part of a seat track that attaches to the floor of the car. These are also slotted for a forward/rear adjustment. Does anyone have any ideas what model these go on?6198]
By looking at the seat covers, your seats themselves are from a 1966 Coronet, but the seat mounting bracket assemblies do not look the same as the assemblies on my 1966 Coronet 500 as shown below on my passenger side seat. The 1966 and 1967 seat track assemblies are a two piece assembly on each side of each bucket seat. The assemblies consist of the slider units that bolt to the seat bottoms on the top side and to the stationary mounts on the bottom side and the stationary mounts that bolt to the slider units on the top side and to the floor pans on the bottom side.

Here's a picture I have on hand that shows another 1966 Coronet 500 with bucket seats and it shows the stationary mounting bracket in place.

You are very welcome. Do you know what car your seats came out of that might help us figure out where your seat track parts came from?
I can't say for sure, but the parts that you have look a little bit like half of the 1970 B-Body units that are being reproduced and sold by various companies including BE/A Restoration Parts in Ohio that I've posted below.
These are BE/A part number 1840-STSET which include both the slider units and the solid mounts. Not identical to your parts, but similar.

Thanks again Richard. I will take a few more pictures and maybe that will help identify them.

Hello John,
You're very welcome. You might also look for factory part numbers on your seat bracket parts. I'm not positive if those parts will have the seven digit part numbers stamped on them or not, but if they do, I can look those numbers up in my various model year parts books and can hopefully tell you what year and model they came from.
As I mentioned though, your bucket seats themselves are from a 1966 Coronet model for sure and since your seat tracks don't match your seats, I believe that someone either added bucket seats to your car that didn't come from the factory with them, or if you do own a 1966 Coronet model that originally came with bucket seats, someone must have swapped out the original seat track assemblies for what you have now, maybe due to the original seat tracks being rusted, or damaged in some way.
May I ask what model and model year Coronet you're working on?
