Try the next of kin... if you have the owners name go to searchbug.com and run the name and it will give you all kind of info on him/her and all their relatives.
Talked to the tax assesor and the tax collector. The property taxes were paid last month and the bill was sent to this address. So their Mail must be being forwarded somewhere.
Sent a letter today. Found one relative on search bug and that number is not in service.
Bank might be paying the tax bill...
