ok today's subject is the Dodge Charger,

First question is the bulkhead has a couple mystery wires(pictured) I think its for a wiper(at least what I can make from the wiring diagrams) however..the wiper is hooked up and working fine, looks like someone chopped into it at once time or another..any ideas what they are..I want to start cleaning up the engine bay(top row two wires at the right)

What year is the Charger? 69? If its a 69 (probably the same for other years), those wires are for A/C. The one all the way to the right is listed as A/C compressor and the one to the left of that is listed as A/C motor. Is this an A/C car? If not, perhaps someone swapped an A/C harness into it.

As far as headers, I would highly recommend Hooker 5209's. LOL! Smile
still a long way to go...snapped this this afternoon

Its a ALIVE!!!!
As for wiring?
I see your fuseable link to the starter relay has been moved. I assume a bypass has been done and they used a open port in the bulkhead.
The fuseable link wire should exit bulkhead at the very bottom right port.
A inspection should show heat damage if there was a past issue.

no harm or foul for moving its location.
The wire your pointing too is wiper motor wire.
