How is it underneath Rich? As you expected it to be?
Yep, its great underneath. I haven't had time to put it on a lift yet, but it seems that every pinch weld is absolutely perfect. Not one rust bubble or expanded joint any where. Course the roof is a disaster. It seems to run real nice too.
I've got to deal with Jim's car, then multiple company vehicles before I even think of putting it on a lift.
All my older work vehicles are starting to fall apart.
I'd be real careful parking it near any of your vehicles that aren't rusty... Mopar rust is contagious
I parked my daily beater next to some parts off my car and couple days later the plastic bumper started to rust..5196
That would be from cutting/welding too close!!!
You're the first person to catch what caused it..
It's from grinding actually. when the hot metal lands on the paint it sears itself into the clear and stays..

Yes, and you can polish it off, but the little speck stays and rust keeps bleeding through. Been there, done that on my Forge.
It's giving the car some character.. I figured with the factory chrome lug nuts on the black rims and the body rust, it's on it's way to being an A12 clone!
